Woah, so I noticed it has gone two years since my last journal entry, wouldn't you know.. What can I say, time flows fast. Anywho, some of the reason is that I've not had access to a camera of my own the past year, and that has of course limited my amount of photographies, as well as my activity here on DA. However, I've been stepping up the time spent here a lot the last months, and in the middle of January, I decided to finally buy something I've been wanting for a long time - a SLR camera, Canon EOS 450D! Well, 2006 is history, and of we go for another busy, creative and hopefully sucessful year. I know I haven't updated my gallery much the last thousand weeks, but, ta-da-daa, that's about to change. Somewhere between Christmas and New years-Eve I went berserk with the camera, having the most beautiful scenery of colours and clouds playing outside my kitchen window, and while at it, I also managed to get some pretty neat long-time exposure shots of sparks in my fireplace, which I've wanted to do for a long time. There, finally, I've added some nice borders and titles to all of my Pictures. Still got two to edit, but I'll do it soon, just some last corrections to make. I've also cropped some of them a little, and made the colours a little bit more like they actually looked like when I shot them. No big difference, 'cause I don't want it to look manipulated in any way, but I think the small changes went great. Also, I straightened two of them a bit.
